Over the course of the Challenge, we’ll cover the fundamental foundations to building your energy in the perimenopause. Taking you from feeling a bit confused and unsure about where to start to having a clear, exciting plan and feeling motivated and energised!

You'll be empowered with knowledge, you’ll better understand the changes your body is (and will) go through, and you'll get ready to take some simple, but powerful actions that are going to have you feeling your very best.

HOW IT WORKS:

  • Each evening at 6.30pm (from Sunday 18th to Thursday 22nd) I'll be going live in the private Facebook Group.
  • You can join live (which is ideal as you'll be able to ask any questions you have too) or you can catch up at a time that suits you.
  • In each session, I'll be revealing more about the Three Key Pillars for an energised, fit and confident perimenopause and giving you a mini Challenge to complete.
  • Details of the challenge will also be posted into the group and emailed to you to make sure you don't miss a thing!
  • We'll round of the week by completing your very own Fatigued to Fabulous formula that you'll be totally ready to take action on and see some amazing results.

I'm Alix, fellow perimenopause woman and fitness & wellness coach. I'm so excited to take you on this journey to discovering the key pillars for a fit, health and happy peri to post menopause, and getting you ready and motivated for action.

I'm a specialist in women's fitness and peri to post menopause fitness & wellness. As well as being a qualified Personal Trainer and Holistic Core Restore® Coach, I'm also a level 4 Sports Massage Therapist. And I bring all of this knowledge and expertise together to create programmes for my clients and members that really work,


Over the last decade, I’ve helped thousands of women to find their confidence, from the postnatal recovery period right through to the perimenopause years. Helping them to create fitness and wellness plans that work best for them, and most importantly feel good, within their lives.
