Over the course of 3 days (TUESDAY 1st - THURSDAY 3rd MARCH, 30 minutes per day), we’ll cover the fundamental foundations to building your energy in the perimenopause:

Day 1: The Mind

It is possible for you to thrive in your 40s and 50s and you'll find this easier to navigate that when you know the signs and symptoms to look out for AND when you've learnt how to start creating the right habits. I'm going to be showing you how.

Day 2: The Body

Discussing the key changes to your body in this life phase, talking about why you may be experiencing things like weight gain in spite of doing all the same things you were doing before, and what you can do about it, plus sharing my 5 Cornerstone Habits for feeling amazing.

Day 3: The Soul

Learning how to get excited about this new life phase and the first vital question you need to be answering in order to create a fitness, wellness and life plan that is going to make you the most awesome version of yourself yet!

By the end of the 3 days, you’ll be empowered with knowledge, you’ll better understand the changes your body is (and will) go through, you’ll be ready to make an inspiring plan that will work for you within your life, and most of all, you’ll be feeling energised and fabulous.

I'm Alix, fellow perimenopause woman and fitness & wellness coach. I'm so excited to take you on this 3-day journey to discovering the key pillars for a fit, health and happy peri to post menopause.

I'm a specialist in women's fitness and peri to post menopause fitness & wellness. As well as being a qualified Personal Trainer and Holistic Core Restore® Coach, I'm also a level 4 Sports Massage Therapist. And I bring all of this knowledge and expertise together to create programmes for my clients and members that really work,


Over the last decade, I’ve helped thousands of women to find their confidence, from the postnatal recovery period right through to the perimenopause years. Helping them to create fitness and wellness plans that work best for them, and most importantly feel good, within their lives.

What will happen

I’ll be going live for 30 minutes each day at 6.30pm on Tuesday 1st, Wednesday 2nd and Thursday 3rd March to empower you with the knowledge that you need to take yourself from fatigued to fabulous. You can join me live in the private Facebook Group each day, or catch up later at a time that suits you.


Plus there will be a prize on offer of a 2-session coaching package, including a Discovery & Goal Setting Session and a Personal Training Session (available in-person of via Zoom) worth £140.
